Broke again. I've nearly had it with this outfit. I really cut down on pulling reports since it has become so slow (was that their intent?) but when they send you a score alert, you kinda want to see what's up.
It is scary that these same people have control of the credit files of most everyone in the country.
EDIT: Here's the number in case EVERYONE ON THE PLANET would like to call them.
Error
We're sorry, the system is temporarily unavailable. Please contact Customer Care at 1-866-640-CARE (1-866-640-2273) 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00am Eastern Time Zone. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I use to have the same problem. When I speak with customer service they would give me a couple of additional pulls for my score. However, the problems continued. I suspect they will only allow you so many pulls no matter what you paid for.
When I was told they are updating their computer system, which by the way, has been going on for over a year, I just cancelled my account.
That was in early 2007.
Makes you wonder if they will ever update their computers.

You can technically pull every 24 hours. That would require their website to actually work for longer than that period, which doesn't happen very often. I guess my amazement is, these folks are in control of our lives. Sheesh, don't you wonder what else they screw-up?
Contractor I don't wonder I know. They dropped my 3 oldest accounts very prematurely and are reporting a bogus child support tradeline that will probably outlive me.
This information is direct from EQ. "When you pull a report from EQ, that report is stored in our database for one year. The more pulls, the more storage space required. When you log on, ALL your stored reports are retrieved for you to view. Hence, the more reports, the longer to load your profile".
I asked how to correct this? This is what they said.
"You may request that your stored reports be deleted but once deleted, they will no longer be available to view".
I asked; "Could you only delete like the last 6 months"? Their reply; "Yes, but it would be very time consuming for our personnel as it would have to be done one at a time. However, we can delete them ALL very easily".
I requested that all my previous reports be deleted and they agreed. Ten minutes later I logged onto the site and all delay was gone.

They dropped my oldest account and can't find it.
Call the creditor maybe you'll get lucky.
I spent an hour on the phone with EQ yesterday trying to find someone who could explain why I can't get reports. I keep getting this page saying I have already requested the report and I will get an email when it is ready. That has been going on since the 5th.
Person on phone could barely speak English and did not comprehend what I wanted at all. Kept telling me my computer was in error. I asked for a Supervisor three times, finally demanded one and was promptly put on hold. I gave up after the hour.
Perhaps on Monday i can actually GET a Supervisor so I can tell them what to do with their service.
