Question about PFD

Hello...I was under the impression, from watching Suze, that if you contacted the creditor about making arrangements on your charged off accounts and delinquent accounts, that they could start the statute of limitations all over again. I am wrong? Thanks

All states are different  but usually YES  any payment may restart SOL

simple SOL

PFD

Each and every debt might need to be worked out different.....examp:  you would not dispute a CA   you would first DV them......You would never send a DV letter to an OC.

Before touching your CR  know your SOL!!!!!

You are dealing with federal law (CRTP)  and state law (SOL)
CRTP v SOL

Freq.requested thread    full of info.

Please ask as many questions as you need at any time!!!!!
