Response to the comment "We have to report it accurately..."

Ok, so who has a good response when creditors say that they will not be able to help you due to the fact that they are required to report accurate information. I have tried saying that "I know it can be done because I have known people that have had information removed...blah blah blah.." But that doesn't seem to work. What is the legality of reporting information? Also, When you have had "lates" removed, does it show now that its paid on time or do they just not report for that month?

You may have inadvertantly answered your own question.  Smiley Happy

They ARE (And should be) required to report accurate information.  But... they are not prevented from reporting NO information.

This is one interpretation anyway.
