I moved,In which state will sol apply?Open medical collections  in georgia past sol, 4 years ga.( open acc).But now I live in michigan,Can I dispute the one's  that ran out while living in ga?  thanks for any help.

They can use whichever state's SOL that is favorable to them.

Most medical is considered written..........you do sign for treatment and payment.

What do you mean dispute? With the CRA? They don't care about SOL has nothing to do with reporting.

Disagree,Stop them from trying to collect on old debt.No, Just dealing with ca's at this point.

SOL is set by each state!!!  If a creditor wants to file suit they may do so in either state.....

I think that you are confusing SOL and CRTP
