Should I sent a PFD again?

Hi Everyone

I sent a letter to Credit Control Corporation a PFD letter... I got a letter from them today in the mail that validates my account but no indication to do a PFD.  Do I continue to send letters to them until I get a PFD.

Also they have validated my account so do I need to put in the letter that the validity of this debt is disputed or just to do a PFD?

Thanks

I also plan to fax the letter to a dept manager, do I need the specific name because I cannot seem to find one online

lady,

do you agree with their validation? if you don't keep asking for more documentation, otherwise omit the validation part and just keep sending.

once a month and lower your offer 5% each time.

good luck!!!

Fire it out again. If they have a fax, try doing that as well. Keep us updated and good luck!

Chop.. how often a month should I do it... meaning fax the paper to them as well..Since the debt has been validated do I still ask them to validate the debt? or just to PFD

Thanks
