So I skrewed up in Nov

& paid Cap1 from savings not checking and ACH was returned, ended up with a 30 day late.  I lost 44 points...grrr

I send them a secure message asking for g/w....advised to send in a letter with explanation.  That was 2 weeks ago.  Today I got an alert saying +39.

I check everything out and each balance was the same as two weeks ago, no reason for +39.  Do you think the g/w was granted?  I cannot get a grip on these points.

Interesting, I get weird stuff like this too, like my EX jumped almost 80 points and then bam next time I check back down 60 points, still a net gain but what the heck, nothing and I mean seriously NOTHING changed.

No, there is no rhyme or reason but I hope you get it back.

I pulled chaseidprotection this am and it's still there.  The +39 must have come because it's two months ago (the baddie).  Soooooo if the g/w is given...it looks like another gain may be in order?  We'll wait and see.
