Stolen Social Security Card

My soon-to-be-DW had her wallet stolen yesterday and it contained her Social Security Card and DL.

What steps can we take to be proactive in making sure nothing happens to her Credit? She already got Credit Lock. Is there anything else that can be done?

Granted they may not have done anything with her credit yet, but here's some good info to read over.

I didn't see this mentioned in prior responses. File form 14039    http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f14039.pdf     Identity Theft Affidavit with the Internal Revenue Service. This will prevent anyone from filing false returns under your social social number. You'll be assigned a PIN, which will be changed annully, to be used in filing all future returns.
