I found this info on the board. I am so excited to let folks know this worked!!
I had two MD paid lien on my CR and could not get them removed by CB. One was for Mongtomery County and the other was for Anne Arundel County.
I sent the below email to [email protected]
The next day I recieved a call and an email with the attached court order for removal!! Now, if i cant just get onelast WV removed, i'll be doing the snoopy dance!!

Because of this, I am hoping there be no further collect on this account and, therefore, I am requesting that the Maryland Comptroller vacate, withdraw and/or expunge with the Anne Arundel County and Montgomery County Courts .
