Have they gone out of business.  They have not updated WAMU's PFico yet and I tried to pull report direct and got a message about not being able to pull because of security reasons??????????

Did you realize that there IS a class action against TU? Go to www.listclassaction.com to see the details. I am curious if its because of the lawsuit that people are having difficulty getting reports and scores from them.

The last time they updated two of our accounts was January 2008...nothing since then.

The class action was about them dishing out people's personal information. That shouldn't have any thing to do with getting your reports accurately updated. TU is awful.

I'm pretty new to the credit game, but I've noticed this about them too. They make the bad stuff even worse by not reporting on ANYTHING. TU=BAD.

the class action info is on their website.  when you pull your cr it is on the bottom of report.   check and see if you are eligible. I am.

Hm. Didn't know so many people had trouble with them.

I couldn't get my scores from them over the internet. Couldn't over the phone either.

I got my report from them last year but this year they say my address is different so I've been going through extra steps to verify and get my report.
