I didn't know where to write about how happy I am to see this --
When trying to use Chex's online form to request my annual credit disclosure, I found that their website did not have the "state" codes AS and MP to choose from. Hence, I had to fax it in. But when I did, I added a little note:
**Please add US territory state codes to your online form! 1. MP (Northern Mariana Islands) 2. AS (American Samoa) You only have PR, GU, and VI listed, which are only 3 out of the 5 U.S. territories. Thank you!
That was on 8/19/22. It's been 10 days. I just received my disclosure via snail mail, checked their website again, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they've already done what I requested! MP and AS are now listed correctly on both the Driver's License section and the Address section. Future applicants from our little islands can now use the Chex online form. Woohoo!
