Ok here we go again with the apt thing.. I just recently bought a truck .. 9800.00 dollars financed at 14% not the greatest .. It is not on my report yet.. I have almost maxed out my credit card cap one but I have been paying above the min.. amount for almost 8 months.. never late .. I got a Old Navy Card the other day 400.00 credit limit.. So I tried to get a wal mart card also and was denied.. I thought Gemb would do both but no.. Now Here we are at 633 exp 616 eq and ?? TU.. We are now looking for an apartment and believe it or not I have been denied at 2 places and the others want a higher deposit... Lets see I am 42 years old .. I live at an apt now for 6 years and never missed or have been late on my rent..or bills like elec and such... Hmmm what gives .. Look out if you dont have a good credit score I guess you can make all the money in the world you will just have to live on the street.. The main reason we want to move is to get our 11 year old daughter in a better school district... We live in Jackson, Ms now and looking to move to Ridgeland or Brandon... Jackson Public Schools are the worst in the world...Also to rant a little more where do people get off renting a freakin box for all this money .. 1000 sq feet for 900 a month .. Dang .. For what ,,, so you can ave bitchy neighbors and people telling you to turn down your surround system at 2 am...

I live in a 30 sq ft Edsel that I park behind the 7/11. Rent free!I went into the 7/11 and attempted to buy a slurpee on credit, and they considered it a "consumer initiated business transaction," so they did a credit pull, and now I can no longer even slurpee! That was a hard pull!
