Thanks for the DP's @CreditAggie

Goldman double-pulled you for the Apple Card? Usually they are a one-hit wonder with TU. Was it an issue of the report not coming thru and they leaned on EQ, or did they hit both right from the beginning?

They hit me with both after accepting the card! I've heard other people also were double pulled TU & EQ for the Apple Card. It usually is a single TU pull.

Thanks for confirming!

Welcome!

Re: Banks using FICO8 vs FICO9 for Apps

On another note, are inquiries not affecting your app spree or were you in the garden for a while?

I live in West Virginia , and have 3 recent approval data points to share. 1st card was WesBanco visa signature max cash preferred  card. They pulled equifax for approval. Not sure what version was used , but my equifax 08 was right around 750. Was approved for $2,000. 2nd approval was for the Bank Of America cash rewards card.  They pulled Experian , and sent me a score of 749. However , I'm not sure which version was used. Was approved for $5,000. 3rd approval was for the Wells Fargo cash wise Visa card. They pulled Experian , but not sure what version was used. My Experian 08 score was 744 at time of application. I was approved for $2,000 on this card. I had 2 accounts open in the past 6 months prior to first application. Utilization is at 1% , and balances are paid in full every month.

I'm in WV also. Good data points. What's your AAoA?

No need to apologize. Also, if there's someone you want to page you can type the "@" symbol and their username. As you're typing, you'll see a list of usernames pop up that are matches. Once you see the person (username) on the pop-up list, just click it and it'll convert to a hyperlink. It will then send various alerts to that person letting them know you had a question/feedback for them directly. Essentially you're "paging" them. Usually when you do that you'll get a response much faster from them (if they're still around)

Hope this helps!

@credit_is_crack I can confirm PNC Bank pulled EX for me here in AZ. I opened a checking account late last year for a bonus, got a pre-qualified mailer w/code last week for their Rewards Visa, approved.
