Timing of Credit Bureau report updates and rescoring calculations

If anyone has a bit of insight, it would be appreciated:

I've had an intractable ding on all three bureaus for a long time-- a very old medical collection (which should never have been initiated and from a collections agency who also never bothered to even try to contact me).

Last week, this item dropped-off my Experian file, resulting in a 61 point increase in FICO 8 score and 70 points on Vantage 3.

This week, it apparently also dropped from Equifax, with similar gains on my scores.

TransUnion seems to be the only hold-out.  Would anyone know what their update cycle looks like and when might I resonably expect a similar change in their scores?

Thanks.
