I have been on the phone with them all day trying to get disputes taken off(see my other thread). Well, I run a credit report and they ADDED a dispute to an account I was not even disputing. Which defeats the purpose of me trying to get all disputes taken off. This is driving my NUTS!!!
They are transretarded.
They are horrible. I have come to hate them.
They tell me from time to fime when I dispute that they cannot accept a police report as proof of ID theft when I have a dispute regarding my ID theft case. Worst one to deal with when the others accept and delete within a day lol.
I had a VERY similar incident with Transunion.I called them every day,sometimes 2 or 3 times a day,all while still working full time.I tried to get them to delete some out dated/incorrect info.They did,but then screwed up my oldest/best tradeline.They put it in the adverse part.They killed my fico score.So............It was going to be a bigger battle.I argued my valid point,how could they legally do this and such.To no avail,I got so fed up with"sorry mame this" and "sorry mame that".I flat out told them,no you will be the sorry one,as this would be the last call I would be placing to them.The next call they would receive would be from my lawyer.I then asked to speak to a supervisor,that didn't work,asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor(the bigger cheese)She was the nicest person ever.She totally understood everything that had happened,and resolved to fix it ASAP.I was able to get proof of my GOOD account,faxed it directly to her,called 2 hours later to see if she received the fax,and was told everything was back to normal,and they sent me a copy of my NEW CR.This was true as my LO ran my CR and my fico went up 70 points.So TU is now finally off my S**T list.Keep on them until you drive THEM crazy!LOL

Wow! These people sure know how to mess up your credit. I'm afraid they will do that to me. I have been calling everyday and I've spoken now with 5 different people. I always have to call and ask for special handling then have to go through all the trouble of ssn, name address and when I get special handling I get a new person and have to explain the entire situation all over again.
They finally just deleted that entire account that they put the dispute on. But only one account now still has the disputes. So, each person I speak with say they will take care of it and they say they can't get in touch with the creditor but the creditor says they haven't called. So, I just got a message this morning stating they got in contact with the creditor and that it will take the creditor 5-7 days to get it updated. We will see. After this, I do not want them to do anything else with my credit especially after reading what you went through.
