Transunion via Experian list 1 account ever late

I just looked at my 3 bureau report on Experian. I never noticed before, but, it lists that I have 1 account that has ever been late. Can someone tell me what that means? I've never been 30 days late on anything. All my payment histories are exceptional. I went into the transunion dispute center so I could get a look at my payment history and every single one is "OK" all the way through.

It's seems to have appeared between June and August of 2019 and I just never noticed it. The only thing that happened in the time is I got a new car and the dealer paid off the end of the lease in the middle of May? But again, all those payments are listed as "OK"

Is it possible that Experian isn't pulling the report correctly and it's an error?

I just pulled my actual transunion report from annual credit report because it's been quite sometime. Nothing marked as late ever. I'm so confused by the note on Experian. 

Anyone have any thoughts?? 

Experian and Equifax both list zero late, and all 3 in credit factors list zero missed it's just the "accounts ever late" summary on Transunion within the Experian website that lists "1"
