TrueCredit Users' Accounts Terminated for "Excessive Use?"

My "Credit Secure" be came active after 30 days today and I was able to access my FAKO's that are way up.

I pulled everyday since March 2007. Since I could pulled my report 24 hours after my last, I took full advantange of it.

There was nothing in the Truecredit agreement, that I can remember, that stated I could not pull everyday, so I pulled.

I got my termination notice last night...pretty pissed about it.

I've been pulling pretty much daily since May 2006. I don't understand that if it's all about hard inq's dropping after so many soft pulls, why TU and EQ can't get their sh*t fixed like EX?

I have a common name and I've had all sorts of accounts that weren't mine show up on my reports in the past. I've grown a bit paranoid since then and the only thing that helped alleviate this paranoia was daily pulls of my credit report...so being accused of pulling my reports that indicate a "...pattern which indicates potential fraud or a deliberate intent to tamper with the credit scoring system" pisses me off pretty badly, which I'm sure others feel the same.

so once again, it seems they just terminate accounts after so many soft pulls--how many? 150? 200?

I had 80 pulls in 3 months.

wow, after just 80 pulls?
has anyone seen a recent copy of their printed TU report in the mail? notice how it's a million pages long because of all the soft inq pulls? they show up as some weird company--but rest assured, it's from truecredit soft-pulls.

god I hope they stop this stupid account termination.

What really sucks is that I'm locked out of TransUnion only COMPLETELY. I can't dispute, buy a credit report, view my dispute results NOTHING. I called and got the standard BS and an address for Special Services.

I will be filing a BBB complaint and the PA AG. I plan on complaining to the FTC as well since this adversely affects my ability to view my credit report in real time. I am still in the game because of my National City account and it has been working flawlessly for a few weeks now. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I thought about doing them instead but the extra $ for the extra FAKos and Alerts didn't seem worth it to me as I have finished most of my EX and EQ disputes (679 and 671 now). TU is still floundering at 640....was 657 until I got my Carnival card and it posted on my report.....I still don't even have the darn thing yet. Oh well In another 6 months I will be that much farther ahead and Christmas should be much easier this year than it was last year doing everything in cash....I get paid the last day of the month so that was fun in December

I've been locked out of Chase too now for over 24 hours (the same time I got my email from TrueCredit telling me to get lost permanently).

Chase customer service says it's because I have too many "soft" inquiries so they can't load the file.

TU has locked me out. I joined TrueCredit in May and I didn't even update every day. Now they won't let me see anything.
