Re: TrueCredit is broken? Why?

Hey Coach,

If and when your problem gets fixed give us a post and I will do the same since we have the same issue. I have canceled for the time being. Btw I ordered my reports online from each individual site successfully so I'm sure it's a TC problem.

Eric

does TC update scores for you to view if you pay everymth?

Your scores will update every time you update your reports. But, you have to manually update anytime you want new reports and new scores.

When I was on the TC freebie offer, I believe I was able to update my report and my score.

Noah who else even offers daily pulls and 3 in 1?

EX offers a 3 in 1 service, but I've heard less than pleasant things about them. And in talking with them on the phone, the terms didn't sound like one truly could pull daily without paying for each pull. Same with EQ.

AMEX has a service. Tuscani and others have said good things about it. I believe the service is better, or cheaper, or both. I know you can pull daily without paying. I believe there's a charge the first year, but I believe that reduces in price after the first year. You do have to be an AMEX cardholder.

Re: TrueCredit is broken? Why?

I do get burps and belches outta TC every so often. Maybe once every two weeks I can't pull and have to wait a day.

Thanks Noah. You don't by chance have a link for the AMEX one do you? I'd like to check it out....

Re: TrueCredit is broken? Why?

Here i thought I was all alone. I posted my screen shots over at CIC (I guess I won't link. CIC is down at the moment ) I get scores for TU and EX, no file to create score for EQ and when I go to reports. it is blank. it has their tool bars on the top/side/bottom but the area for the reports is blank. Calling customer service is a joke. I have 4 or 5 gift certs for free months coming. But like the alerts i never get, I never got those. I got to pay twice for this month though as they canceled me and told me to use a gift cert (one I never got) to reopen the account. Going to have to call corp later today.

That PLUS score is the same thing freecreditreport.com uses...I think.

Re: TrueCredit is broken? Why?

I've had the same problem since July 28th, it says "user not authorizeed' and will not update.  Pain in the ass.   I pulled my TU Credit report on MyFico.com and it had my sisters name and had dropped a bunch of stuff.  I mailed them a copy of my DL and SS Card and am hoping that they will get this straightened out soon.
