That's the exact reason why I mostly leave it alone. If it happens that EQ is pulled, verification is better than dealing with EQ

I cannot understand the level of impunity under which all CRAs operate, though the other two seem a bit more competent most of the time (or unlike EQ, they bought new hardware/software since 1955) 🤷♀️

Has Transunion changed it so you can only make changes during their normal business hours? I thought the point of the website was to freeze and thaw at will?
The website goes down from time to time. Sometimes the mobile app works when the site is down but I have had to call the automated line with my PIN once before.
The online and phone app hasnt worked for me for almost a year. Always has the "Unknown" page. Calling to get it fixed is useless. Cant even ge online for disputes. 6 password changes and just when it starts to load the page. Server not found. So calling is all I can do.

How weird. I just checked the app and all is good for me.
