Utlilization

When determining a FICO score does it matter the utilization rate of one Cc in particular or is it your overall  credit vs. used that matters?

Re: Utlilization

what about when you have a history that says: High:  700, Credit Limit: 500, Credit Bal: 0

Does that still play a factor in determining the 35 percent it counts for?

Re: Utlilization

"that" meaning the fact that at one point you went over the credit limit.

Thanks for your help T.

Re: Utlilization

Nope.. the only thing that matters when calculating util is the balance and CL. Now.. if the CL was not being reporting, the high balance would be used.
