WAMU CHECKS

Has anyone used those low interest checks from WAMU?  Is it a good idea? They are at 1.89 APR untol 4/09.

Mine have not been great offers- 

Recent ones were laughable-

If you is the same - look at the APR if not PIF by 4/09
