I just refreshed my 3B.
I had a balance with Lowes, paid at the end of June. It showed on all 3 CRB's.
EQ & EX show zero balance.
EQ reported in July, but ont August. Shows zero balance.
EX reported in July and August. Shows zero balance.
TU has not been reported since June, and of course shows a balance.
Called them a few days ago & was told they would update it. Would take no more than 8 hours.
It's still there.
Yes, I realize the 3B doesn't update until I use one of my remaining available reports, but I should get a Fico 8 Alert like I do everytime something reports. Anyone else ever have this? Does it autoresolve? 3 months is quite a while to report a balance when it should be zero.
I just posted another similiar thread. Synchrony / Lowes not updated on TU since June. Disco, my car, and all the rest have updated all 3.
What if you look on a free CMS that covers TU (Credit Karma, WalletHub, Credit Sesame, take your pic) and you look at that account. Does it show you no update since June, or do you see updates elsewhere?
It would be good to see if it's a MF-related issue or if it's a global issue with that account simply not reporting.

Credit Karma shows it still there on TU. Just refreshed it. I don't think it's MF related. Seems like Synchrony has dropped the ball. Others are reporting TU just fine, especially my zero balance car loan which dinged me 40 pts across the board.
At the risk of engaging in positive confirmation bias, TU / Synch combination this month has not happened for me either. One example is my new Marvel tradeline that showedup on EX immediately, EQ a day later, and TU not at all weeks later.
I m not concerned and may be conflating unrelated issues, but it would not surprise me if there is wonkiness with Sync/TU file updates recently.
Something has to be up, no updates yet.

I agree. I checked my SO's report and her PPMC, Old Navy, and Walmart have not reported either. They all report around the 30th of each month and still no update on TU but EX and EQ updated like clockwork.
Checked this morning and nothing has happened.
Well guess I will wait 2 weeks see if the BT posts by then,
Who knows when TU will update at this point.
I've got two Synchrony accounts that haven't updated on TU since June of this year but have updated on EX and EQ reliably. It is frustratingly inconsistent with them.
