What are different remarks that require the balance to be 0?

I'm trying to build a master sheet for my brokerage to help with customers. So far I've found accounts with balances that were discharged in bankruptcy, accounts with balances that were settled. I know that in many cases reposessions should be zero'd out, some foreclosures should be zero'd out. What else could I be looking for to match remarks with 0 balances?

I have no idea what you're asking.

Let me re-word that.

There are certain remarks/comments on a tradeline that hint at what the balance or other information should be.

For example if the comment on a collection is "Discharged in bankruptcy" the balance should be 0.

I'm building a list of all of these, so we can help our clientele avoid issues with applications, and looking for more examples.
