The Capital One chat button has been missing for MONTHS. I thought at first they were doing some maintenence & disabled it, but like I said its been months and still no sight of it.
Where did it go? I can't find it anywhere. It would always pop up automatically when I click on one of my bank or credit account but not anymore.
