Does anyone know what ECS is?. They SP me the same day Experian did and have the same address?

Are you sure?? I've never taken out a payday loan, I find it odd that they have the same address and number as Experian (only 4 miles away from me), I put a lock on my CR on the 13th?

Nvm just confirmed it was Experian by calling, I got scared after you said Collection!!

Experian Consumer Services is what popped up on your first pull from Experian, I would assume ECS would be Experian Consumer Services since they have the same address
