What personal info should I include on my DV letter?

I have the generic letter that I'm getting ready to send to NCO regarding a $100 bill they claim I owe that I just found on my report.  The free credit report I received doesn't give me my full account number with NCO.  Do I include the partial account number, my SSN?  Or is just my name good enough?

Give them nothing but your Name, Address, and the partial account number.

Ditto. Make them work for your DV. If they don't have the info, then they probably can't verify.

If they don't delete on their own...........you send 2nd DV letter(example here somewhere) and a letter with copies of everything to the CRA that is reporting. Including copies of CM label receipt, green card, etc.
