What’s up with ars.

So I've been pulling reports from smaller CRAs lately and checking them over for errors and potentially negative info 

I got my LexisNexis letter Friday, but the pin they sent to view my report was no good.   

so I decided I'd pull a different CRA and. One back to LN later

i decided on ARS

the gooberment's web site had this to say about them.

this makes no sense to me at all

the purpose of a CRA is to collect data on consumers and provide it to third parties who have a legitimate need for it

Does this mean that since they are owned by visa they will be providing reports for lenders on visa applications only
