What should i do???

I am not sure what i should do! I want to improve credit score, but not quite at sol and not sure what DV does and PFD. Wanted to know how to go about getting some of these deleted. I don't want to pay them if it is going to reset the dates, but also dont want to wait two years to fall off. The dollar amount isnt much so i dont mind paying...some are my fault some are ex's fault... mostly from when i was 19.
