Whats the problem with Transunion

I have not been able to update my Transunion in over a month on this website, is Myfico having problems with Transunion?

I was having the same problem with TU so I called them and they told me that I would not be able to get the reports because I have ongoing investigations/disputes.  They said as soon as the disputes are resolved, I would be able to get the reports again...Do you have an ongiong investigation or dispute, because perhaps that is the issue.

I have been experiencing problems with TransUnion as well.  I use a service to check my credit every month.  Last month I could not pull my score so I called the service.  Per the service company TransUnion is reporting a mismatch on my SSN.  I did not request that type of change.   I called TransUnion and actually spoke to a human who at first said everything was fine with my SSN however, by the end of the call he wanted me to send proof.  I refuse to send them anything, except requests, so I am hoping this falls off in 90 days.  Has anyone else experienced this?

same here, my True Credit score went down 10 points and it said I had a new collection added, which I don't, they only thing different is in April I got into a payment plan with one of my old collection accounts and starting getting that on track.   So when I went to the Dispute section, since this is where you get the best detail of your Credit Report, it keeps saying   " it is unavailable, sorry for any inconvience"   It has been saying this all week.   

Anyone else having trouble getting into the Dispute Section.

I just checked and they have my dispute up and it appears to be being processed appropriately

hmm  I wonder if you get block out for a certain periond of time.    I had to do disputes on my student loans since they were reporting as open with balance due,  this was with bothe Sallie May the OC and ECMC, the CA  it had been over a year since I had them transferred to Dept. of Education, so they should have been reported as paid.    I had to do two disputes within a 2 month span,   one for Sallie May, and then the other for ECMC.    And if anyone had a defaulted student loan, you know that is alot of disputes

Is there anything to that, being blocked out for a period of time?

I just left there site and pulled mine with no problem and I still have 2 disputes out with them.
