When do inquiries fall off?

Do you happen to know how long Credit Card Inquiries stay on your credit profile? Thanks Smiley Happy

They stay for aboout two years, but are only factored in for a year for scoring purposes.

FWIW--my EQ report has 3 inquiries.  One out of the 3 turned 1 year old on Friday.  On Monday already, my score jumped from 631 to 638.
