I just got WFFNB (The Limited Card) to DELETE the ONLY 30 day late that I have on my file since early 2008 (ICKY DIVORCE). The late is from June of 2009, will my score go up as a result of this deletion.

Yes, but NO negatives since 2008. From beginning of 2008 to Present Day is totally clean.
Are they only lates or do you have collections and/or COs. These will hurt your score the entire time they are on the report.
Single 30 day lates have little impact on your score after about 2 years.
