Will not remove

I have had a late removed with Toyota because of a bank error.  I have another 30 day late through bank error also in which I have a Bank letter for.  Toyota will not remove it because they said they have already removed one late as a courtesy.  Does anyone have any idea how I can ask them to remove this 30 day late because it is a bank error?  This account is paid off and closed since May of 2006 and that is when the 30 day late is.  Help!

Keep GW'ing!  I am going through similar situation with Honda Finance.  I have sent 3 GW letters so far (once every 2 weeks).  I started with just sending the first 2 to the payment address, and the last I sent to the Regional Manager.  I will keep moving up the chain if I hear nothing.

Do not give up.  That is my thought.  They will eventually take it off.

I went to www.manta.com, which lists a lof of information on companies.  That is where I found the regional manager's info.  Keep fighting!
