Good work, Efrem! J. Edgar would be mighty proud of you!!
Something tells me we are dealing with something shady here.
EFREM ZIMBALIST, JR. ? HARRY P. SHWARTZBERGER, III ? UBORROW-UPAY ?
(If this guy's files were merged, he'd be Uborrow Harry Efrem Shwartzberger Upay P. Zimbalist, Jr., III)

You'd have to put three credit cards side-by-side just so the name would fit across.
Triplets!!!!!
As for the dude with 2 ssn's -- that's REALLY hard to do. BUT, if he came by them legitimately, he needs to go down to SS office and have them clear it up.
Once SS has taken care of it, decided which is the official ss#, then he can go to the CRA and clean it up.

True.
Usually when there is a DOB or SSN change the CRAs will put a SSN annotation / alert on the file so all who pull will see that there have at one time been two SSNs associated with this individual. In the cases where I have seen this, it makes potential lenders a little worried.
