I have a paid collection, my CR shows chargeoff/collection, I have disputed this as PIF, still CRA says it was verified and remains unchanged, talk to the OC manager, she said that we would request the CRA to update as PAID, also sent me an attached letter saying that they requested it be i[dated to paid, no signature b/c it was an attachment.

CRA still has it listed as c/o collection and wont update it to report as paid,     what is my next step? MOV?

You would need to contact the OC....Also it will not help your scores....to FICO a CO paid or unpaid is the same.   someone doing a manuel pull will see the difference tho.

happy---- i have contacted the OC and they keep telling me that they have updated to paid in full, TU is the one that is NOT updating it. also if someone pulls my report dont they see the same thing as me when i pull my CR?

it shows DOFD, DOLA(date i paid it off) status says chargeoff/collection, balance-is blank, no where it says paid or $0 balance, so if someone does a manual how will they know if it is paid or not if it doesnt show paid or $0balance?

I would MOV  TU then      I would also sent an *ITS* to the OC   make the OC get it corrected

ITS = Intent to Sue
