equifax need help

since feb 23 i can not get my equifax cr giving me an error. eq could not access my cr,they finally told me my file is to long and there is nothing they could do to fix it.

is there any way i can get my cr?  eq said i have to wait for the soft inq to fall off. please i need help

Call EQ and escalate it until you reach a supervisor. They can manually remove the softs. You might have a split file too.

i did talk with super he told me there is nothing can be done. canot get into my file to fix it.
