problem with dispute

i have disputed to experian several months ago of a student loan that was consilidated. i  have 3 30 days lates, 2 60 day lates, and 1 90 day lates. the loan was never late. i called the school and they stated that in fact  it was never late. the default loan consultant then wrote me a letter stated that she would send me a letter stating the status of the loan was current and never late. my question is what do i do next  what do i do with the letter do i send a copy of the letter to experian who is reporting those lates and transunion who is reporting the loan as unrated and unpaid. or do i call back the school and tell them it is there responsibility  to fix their mistake thanks in advance

I have had this exact same problem and it was with Sallie Mae showing 2 30 days and 1 90 day on 2 of the 18 items they were reporting and they were ALL in deferment the whole time until consolidated. I have disputed this repeatedly and Experian will just simply REFUSE to investigate and says it was verified and TU just decided to remove the entries all together which sucked since they were old and it would have helped my AAoA and Equifax was never reporting any derogs from them but only shows 2 items from them which also sucks, so it was insanely ridiculous but no go. So from my own experience I will say, good luck but it won't get fixed.

Re: problem with dispute

Is TU reporting lates?

Is the loan in question now PIF by consilidation or is this the consilidated loan that you are paying on?

What happened when you disputed with EX in the past? How long ago was it?
