quick question

I just pulled out my cr from equifax and was happy to see there's no judgement against me..For some weird reason i couldnt pull out my report from the other two bureaus..My question is: is it possible to not have a judgement listed in one report and have  judgement listed on the other two? btw I went to annualcreditreports.com to check my CR

Re: quick question

Sounds like you have a fraud alert set on your accounts. My husband couldn't pull one of his. You have to write a letter requesting that they remove the fraud alert so you can pull your credit. Not sure if that is you issue - but thought I would share.

Re: quick question

I have a judgement but it's only on 2 of my reports. I think it just depends on where the court is located and what CRA's they do business with.

Re: quick question

Yes, it is possible for judgements to be reported on one or more CR's. You are better off pulling all 3 CR's and verify. You can get the jugment removed legally if you follow the right paperwork.
