scores are up and wrong info

My Equifax went up 31 points!!!  I had one account improve and WALAH!!!!  Question though...I am having trouble with a couple of accounts showing 30 days past due when I wasn't. Now, I was in February, but not in March and April.  Creditor tells me to contact CB.  CB tells me to contact creditor.  WHAT TO DO??????

Hate when that happens. I have an account that is still reporting 90 days late in May although I paid it off in January. Fighting to get it fixed with no luck so far. We work so hard to get our files cleaned up so it's disconcerting when stuff like this pummels our scores. Congrats on the points increase!
