You could try disputing as obsolete.  It's very close...

As "obsolete", do you mean unuseful to potential creditors?  Is that a term that the CRA's will possibly respond to?  Just curious, thanks

Re: should I DV or let it fall!!

Obsolete in that it is very close to the time to be past reporting, i.e. December.  Sometimes, with only a few months to go for reporting statutes, the TL will be removed by the CRA.  TU and Eq seem to be ok with this...as far as EX, well, you know...

Thanks Dazednconfused - you a Led Zep Fan?

I did a search on Obsolete after my post and learned a little more - that's the first I think I have ever seen the term used here.  I have one I may try "Obsolete" with.

I would guess the CRA's would laugh at me if I tried it with Inquiries tho, right??

Re: should I DV or let it fall!!

But of course it is with EX  lmao. My despute is not completed yet & I don't want to do anything to give them more time. After it is complete I will act.
Should I dispute it or send a letter and point out the DOFD as Oct & not Dec. and ask for deletion as * obsolete *

Because this one has already been completed by CRS, do I need to wait until other CA is still in dispute?
