ughh sw 3 point drop

ok, i have an account that was reporting 30 days late and i have proof it was paid 20 days late and not 30. i talked to local office and they told me to dispute with the cra's because i am correct now i got a sw alert that i lost 3 points because the account verified ughhh

It's weird like that. Probably had a 3 point change somewhere else and it wasn't reported by SW until the confirmation triggered a SW update. You did gain points back when the late came off though right?

That is what I am upset about. The 30 day late didn't come off. It was verified as correct and I lost 3 points. Geez, I didn't know we could lose points just by them verifying something you disputed as correct
