wrong address on identity verification, correct address on credit report

Pre approval with BOA for auto loan, call in and they have an address from a rental in 2009 as my current address. My address on credit report is correct and she says using internal bank data and for this reason thay cant identify me. What are my options thsi was the best rate, 1 % better than Pen Fed.

Did you ask if you could ID verify via fax , online upload, or branch? 

Otherwise, you're probably stuck rate-shopping.
