Home inspection is complete and we will get the report tomorrow. There are a few items to be addressed that will be flagged by FHA at the appraisal. There is something with wiring in the circuit box and a strip of heat had to be added to downstairs bathroom. When do we ask for the seller to make repairs,before or after the appraisal that includes FHA inspection? After the appraisal if they have to return to check repairs do I have to pay again?
