Has anyone that has been recently approved for the AOD FOTM card tried to open a checking account after their account has been set up:? It is my understanding that you click on open sub account when you are logged in but I get an error message.
Customer service and secure messaging has not been able to resolve this issue for me? Anyone else in the same boat?
Update - The branch manager who set up my accounts just called me back and is going to open the checking account for me and then just send me the paperwork via email. Awesome Customer service
