BECU CU iPhone App / Text Message delays

Hello,

I have been a member of BECU CU for a few weeks now and have noticed delays in getting text message notifications for charges on my debit card. I also noticed my iPhone app does not show pending transactions in a timely manner either ... multiple hour long delays for the charges to appear in the app, if they appear at all.

Has any other member experienced this and if so, how long did it take their IT dept to fix the delay issues ?

This is what blows my mind.

my local CU has 23 locations and is a $2 billion CU. Their app updates immediately, push notifications are immediate, and POS transactions hard post within 12-24 hours.

My account at NFCU has notifications immediately but POS transactions take 48-72 hours to hard post....and it is a $180 billion CU.

I do not have a membership with BECU but not surprised as many CU's have rather lack luster technology.
