When do you get refunded? Pre authorization of $25 used 17.51,

The pre-auth hold typically lasts 1-8 business days after the transaction date, although a lot of merchants send through the call to release the hold when they send in the settlement transaction to get paid.

Has the settled charge posted?

Re: Buying fuel with PayPay debit - Refund??

It settles and I don't get a credit back. Waiting for this is not going to work. I fill up every other day or multiple times a day and I'll loose track of my charges and receipts, waiting for a refund on this balance, not knowing how much I actually have on this card.

or hiding in purgatory.  This is ridiculous.

Might be time to dismiss them. I tried PP and decided I wasn't going to fuss with it since it wasn't working as it should.

Then over the past 3 weeks or so I was trying out Upside on the company fuel card. On the third fill up, it never processed the reward. Also seems to be decreasing the rewards each week making it also not worth the aggravation.

Re: Buying fuel with PayPay debit - Refund??

Oh wow, yeah I wouldn't want to deal with that either.

Personally I'd recommend a Citi Custom Cash or something similar with a 5% cash back on fuel so you can return to running all spend through the credit rails.
