I been interested in opening a saving account since it looks like they do give you a percentage which is 1.05.
I have one, I really like it because it's off the radar of my normal bank. I treat it like an emergency stash.. The only thing I dislike about it is reporting the interest to the IRS every year, but that is life. Pretty nice program.
If you sign up for it, the last time I did one (for my mom) it had a HUGE list of questions to help verify your identity in the future (like "who is your first boss"). Not a big deal, except by the time we got to the last question our session expired! So annoying, but I blame my mom for being so slow lol. That was about a year ago so I am hoping it's been fixed, if not, then be quick with your answers. We had to wait a few weeks for everything to come in the mail to even be able to reference the account.

Thanks for your input. I've been looking at them and a few other institutions. Their CD rates are decent too. Do you have any CDs with them?
