This month's biggest surprise is that I've moved up to the silver spade (three months no app). It's amazingly easy for me given the situation we're all in right now.
Meanwhile, it's going to be a busy month. My class has gotten into gear and my workload will be going up. I'll check in to say hello, but it may not be as frequent as I usually do.
Congrats on silver!
@Revelate wrote:Think I am back in for at least a year. Made two apps in May after mortgage funded, both seemingly just lost in the ether but I am not really all that interested in chasing them down... ergo I didn't really need them I guess even if the mobile pay on the USBank AR would have been clutch for all sorts of spending that lands on default for me today.
Should have figured with two changed addresses that it would be more challenging than needed. Really the only credit thing which might be on the horizon is another mortgage and that might be years away, actually I am more likely to be closing cards than opening them. Decided to just pay the car down to yuppie food stamp levels instead of refinancing. Should be out of that in maybe 3 months.
Life is just too busy anyway right now with literally too many jobs.
Everything financial wise still coming up aces, drunken spending is now officially over other than Texas car registration, moving stuff from LA (someday when I find time) and some lingering tax payments which aren't due till July anyway. Oh blah, almost forgot second half for the corporate grade whiteboard installing in the home office, that's still outstanding too. Details.
Still no COVID symptoms so employed and not sick can't really complain just need to stay focused and tight for another 3 to 6 months, and if I can do that I can stay away from random CC apps. Duh.
Who knows might tie or even break my record Sapphire, stranger things have happened.
Anyway hope folks doing well
Sounds like all is going well for you. Good to hear.
Got a fun day ahead of me. Gotta go to the Lexus dealership, AutoZone, then Home Depot. Going to wash and clean out the Lexo before doing a headlight restoration followed by some fence mending. If I feel like it, may change out some light fixtures and/or put up a ceiling fan, or two.

happy summer?
Hang in there.
I don't think we can trust anything but our own decisions right now. Government hasn't done enough testing to know what is going on.
Happy M-Day

After 16 months of Credit Journey saying to pick 1 of 2 offers ( CFU and CSP ) I get this message today
Their bipolar dislike of me continues. I AM SOOOOO GLAD that I didnt app with them a few months ago when I was ready to pull the trigger. Next week I hit 0/24. If I dont see any offers then, Im gonna close my checking and savings accounts and move them to Navy and Wells Fargo
