Three days and roughly $500 later, the garage ceiling is repaired!

It's a long story but it had suffered water damage and shoddy repair work before we purchased the home... I did more damage do it when we bought the home because I knew that I'd have to replace it eventually...

One major project off of the honey do list.

Tomorrow, I'll add some shelving and start reassembling everything so that the garage is usable again!

Well, that was faster than I ever could have imagined. My CFU statement closed yesterday and today they reported the 83% util to EX and I lost 34 FICOs. New EX FICO is 781. Nothing reported to EQ or TU yet.

I paid the balance to $0 today, so I hope they will be as quick to report the $0 balance to EX.

The power went out 45 minutes ago, estimated fix time is another 2 hours. We're the only section in the county without power, currently. 👎👎
