Quick question - I THINK I just ordered a box of checks (it poped up a small box with my name, address, optional phone number and starting check number) - did you get any sort of email confirmation or anything online? When I go back in through the link, it looks different and wants to send me to an external site. Just wondering before I have to pick up the phone and actually talk with someone..........
Hmmm, I actually don't remember. I do remember receiving an email from PenFed asking me to call them after I opened account. When I called, a lady had to set up my pin. I believe after that, I was able to go online and order a box of checks. I don't think I receieved an email about it but im not sure. They checks came pretty fast though, within 5-7 business days. I believe if I go to order a box of checks for thrifty credit line, it says please conact us in order to complete this transaction. If you ordered the checks for your access america account, you are good. they will come soon.
