Looking for High Limit PLOC

Hello! I'm looking for a bank / credit union (preferrably credit union for a lower rate) that offers a personal line of credit that can be used as an overdraft line of credit. A high limit $30k - $50K would be ideal. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

Langley FCU will allow up to $40k.

Santander Bank has large PLOC's.

I believe that PenFed offers a PLOC up to $25k.

with no history this will be hard, you would be better utilising a company you already have a relationship.
