PF wait for statement

Not sure if this has been mentioned but PF irks me a little . I check my accounts religiously and of course when I see a new payment due I almost always pay it right away if I can , problem though it appears they post that prior to releasing statement .

Last month I paid as soon as I saw it but hadn't gotten my email that statement was ready . So I paid it the payment went through then my statement went out and online appeared I still had min payment still  due yet balance reflected payment .

Yes I messaged them and the corrected it but just a word to the wise wait for actual statement to come out . I mean if you are gonna show on your online account it should coincide with statement release.

Interestingly enough...I have been waiting for my PCR to statement...last month it did on the 22nd as there was activity in late NOV.  Today is the 27th and no statement, no cut off and it's still saying my payment was due on 1/22.  While there hasn't been any activity, I was going to wait for the statement to cut then use the card and deal with it in FEB but this month is really taking a while.  I wish that they posted/provided a "Next Statement Date" like BofA or Chase do...so easy to do but for some reason they are averse to that.

Thank you for sharing this information. I noticed on my PCR CC that the statement closing date was 01/02/2021 but they actually reported to the credit bureaus on 01/01/2021. I would have expected to be reported to the credit bureaus after the statement closing date, not before.

i asked PF CSR and they told me the first saturday of the month is the reporting cycle
